Canada Day Cat

Hello... Hope everyone had a great Canada Day. I enjoy being a Canadian even though my ancestors possibly came from Maine. 

Some reasons why I enjoy being a Canadian:

1)  Great Catnip-  every cat needs to have some good catnip it helps calm us down and makes us feel happy. Sometimes I have stressful days. 

2) Grass- This is great for our digestive system if your cat lives indoor you can grow some or buy it from www.petland.ca 

3) Food. Canada has a wide variety of food options, Indian, Chinese, Greek, Italian. I can't eat these because my owner keeps these away from me but I heard they taste good.

4) Fresh water.

3 reasons to get a cat

Hi everyone I know Dogs make great Pets and I enjoy having a dog as a pet as well but I want to let you know Cats make great pets as well. Here is why:

1) Us cats go to the Toilet room on our own time not yours and you can get them to use a self-cleaning litterbox(for the small cats).
 

2) More time for you to go out. Many owners are able to leave the house and not worry if there cat is left alone all day. That’s not to say that you should ignore us but just to let you know we don`t mind as much as we enjoy napping. Lots.

3) Health reasons.The pet cat will help you relieve your burdens by cuddling with you or allowing you to pet them. Also taking care of another being helps us focus on something else. Your welcome.

Adopt a Cat

Once I was a street cat.. I lived on the streets of Port Coquitlam and was lucky to find my owner who rescued me of my hard life. Nowadays I sit and relax and watch TV with my owners husband who I like to call my best friend and Dad. He prefers I just call him Ernest.  

I have realized not all cats are as lucky as me and suggest when getting a cat as handsome as me to get a cat from the shelter. Check out some other cool places such as:

How to Train your Owners

Hello my name is Mikki and today I will teach you how to train your owners on feeding you more. 
Humans like cats that communicate and do tricks. Here are some tips:

1) Meow at your food bowl. In takes a few tries on this one as they tend not to hear you. Try meowing in  a loud meow repeatedly. 

Tip: if one human has feed you when the other is not around you can try to get the other human to feed you as well. 

2)Sit when they ask you to sit. Then stare at them sadly until they give you a treat. 

3) Meow continually when there alarm goes off. This helps them wake up faster. After they awake lead them to your food bowl. They sometimes don't understand.
